1. Delivery Terms
Despite of general price increases and price increases of our suppliers in particular, ANAEI is trying to also keep prices stable in 2023, but we need to adjust the shipping contribution for our bulky item shipments which are processed as single bulky item shipments with our forwarding agents & kindly ask for your understanding.
1.1 We are shipping to all member countries of the European Union. Please contact customerservice@anaei.com for shipments to other destinations.
1.2. Our delivery times are indicated in our onlineshop on the respective product page. For all our shipping destinations general delivery times approximately 2 weeks apply for our standard product portfolio approximately 3 weeks for our customized or made to measure products. As most of our products do require a bulky item shipment, they can only be transported with forwarding agents without tracking number. The delivery time to the final destination from the moment of dispatch amounts to approximately 1 week and is already included in the indicated delivery time of the respective product page. For shipments to islands longer delivery times as well as higher shipping fees may apply. Our customer service will inform you accordingly upfront.
1.3. We are shipping with our logistics partners Omonia Trans, Schenker, TNT & DHL Express. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic dispatch notification email. For bulky item shipments, our logistics partner will usually call you upfront to arrange delivery.
1.4. The share of shipping costs which is charged to our customers is automatically calculated and displayed during the course of the order process in our Webshop. Given the fact that most of our products are not heavy but bulky, we can not ship with regular tranportation companies but forwarding agents or special transportation companies. The share of shipping costs which is charged to you is in any case, just a share of the actual shipping costs which we need to pass on to you. You can see the applicable share of shipping costs prior to check out in your shopping cart by clicking on "edit shopping cart". In any case you will find applicable shipping costs prior to payment.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. Our shop currently displays consumer prices including 20% Austrian VAT. Due to the latest European VAT regulation change as of July 1st, 2021, prices for consumers need to be adapted, applying the VAT rate of the respective European shipping destination. At this point, final prices will be displayed during check out, only once the shipping destination has been indicated, but prior to payment. All documents will be issued with correct consumer prices including applicable VAT rates per country. As a result, final prices may appear higher or lower than initially indicated, depending on the applicable VAT rate per country.
2.2. We accept the following payment methods:

2.3. Only business customers shall be eligible to receive goods on account.
